Why Heat Stress Matters

Early signs include fatigue, dizziness, and excessive sweating. Severe symptoms include confusion,

fainting, and lack of sweating.

Emergency Response

If someone shows signs of heat stroke, call emergency services immediately. Move the person to a

cool area and apply cooling measures.
